1 Cup – Warm Water (100 deg)
1 1/2 Tablespoon – Active Dry Yeast
1/4 Cup – Granulated Whole Cane Sugar
2 Tablespoons – Melted Butter
1 – Egg
2 teaspoons – Fine Sea Salt
3 1/2 Cups – All Purpose Flour
Oven Temp: 375
Mix water and yeast
Add sugar, egg, butter and salt
Mix well
Add flour and kneed for 6 minutes on floured surface
Place in bowl, cover and let stand in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled
Punch down and divide into 16 balls
Let rise for 1 hour
Brush with egg wash and bake for 15 minutes
