Jet-Puffed Fudge

Ingredients

3 Cups Sugar
3/4 Cup butter or margarine
1 Small Can (5oz) Evaporated Milk (about 2/3 Cup)
3 4oz packages of Semi-sweet chocolate
1 Jar Jett-Puffed Marshmallow creme
1 Cup chopped walnuts
1 tsp vanilla

Directions

  1. Line 9 inch square pan with foil with ends extending over sides.
  2. Bring sugar, butter and milk to a full rolling boil in a large sauce pan on medium heat, stirring constantly.
  3. Cook 4 minutes of until candy thermometer reaches 234 F, stirring constantly.
  4. Remove from heat and add chocolate and marshmallow creme, stir until melted.
  5. Add nuts and vanilla, mix well.
  6. Pour into pan, spread evenly on bottom.
  7. Let cool completely.
